(Mini) Review: If I Stay by Gayle Forman

In a single moment, everythingchanges. Seventeenyear- old Mia has no memory of the accident; she can only recall riding along the snow-wet Oregon road with her family. Then, in a blink, she fi nds herself watching as her own damaged body is taken from the wreck…

A sophisticated, layered, and heartachingly beautiful story about the power of family and friends, the choices we all make – and the ultimate choice Mia commands.

I literally had to read this book in twenty four hours. I did it! Honestly, it’s really easy getting this book done. Mia is an easy character to love, causing the reader to fall into the novel quite quickly. Forman gets straight to the point with a poignant plot and a beautiful romance. I promise that you will be holding your breath until the second Mia makes her decision. Want an awesome novel?! Read this one.
